Are There Any Fees?
No! We provide a fee free service, and the Coles Group & Myer Gift Card is rewarded for FREE.
How much credit will the Coles Group & Myer Gift Card have?
For every $100,000 you settle, we will reward you with $115 into the Gift Card.
Your Credit Reward = (Your loan amount x $115) / $100,000.
Here’s an example:
John & Sarah wish to borrow $650,000 to purchase a home. After securing an approval and settling the home loan with one of Concord Finance’s panel of lenders, John and Sarah will receive a Coles Group & Myer Gift Card with a credit of $747.50.
Therefore, the Credit Reward = ($650,000 x $115) / $100,000 = $747.50.
When will you receive the Gift Card?
Within two weeks from the date of settlement, a Coles Group & Myer Gift Card will posted to your nominated address free of charge. Once you have received it, give us a call to confirm and we will activate the card immediately.
