This type of loan suits borrowers who can provide evidence of income such as employment payslips, or tax returns / business financials and ATO Notice of Assessments.
This type of loan is most suited for self-employed applicants who do not have tax returns available, but can provide BAS statements and/or an accountant’s letter to confirm the applicant’s declared income.
In a situation where your rental income is sufficient to service the loan facility, only a copy of the Lease Agreement is required for this category of borrowing.
Loans that fall under this category are for borrowers who cannot provide any evidence of income. Such loans are purely assent lends and are funded by private lenders.
In most instances, Full Doc loans offer a cheaper interest rate than the other mentioned borrowing categories mentioned above. No Doc loans provide a smooth and straight-forward application process, but the interest rates are priced higher.
